so, the savannah cementery relocation project FINALLY ended this past tuesday… we pushed ourselves in the rain, past the closing work hour, but we did it! it’s done!… well at least the fieldwork, which is what i had to deal with…. and so off to atlanta i went with dear Valerie… we unpacked cars, cleaned cars, moved an office to another building, moved my shit around all in a day and a half… THEN i got to re-arrange all of my stuff, swapping contents of a super full hamper into a suitcase, and vice versa….
and now, i am in Dallas… it is currently 7.54pm here at the lovely Dallas Fort Worth aiport… I have been here since 2.30 this afternoon… as it stands at the moment, i will at least be here another 2 hours before we “board” and “depart”…. 20 bucks says i’m sleeping on the ever so comfortable looking blue carpet here at gate D37… i will be more than happy to loose that bet to anyone… this is oh so exciting… makes one wonder why travel at all??? even if your boyfriend does live however many miles it is away….
